DEFINITION: The Eberhart Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible of the overall food and beverage operation of Eberhart-Petro Municipal Golf Course and all its related programs. The position reports directly to Director of Golf and Superintendent of Parks. The duties include a variety of administrative, supervisory and professional work in the direction and management of the entire food & beverage department, including assisting in the hiring and training of employees, ordering food and supplies, maintaining a clean and safe food and beverage operation in accordance with state and local health code laws, booking banquets, setting policies and procedures, pricing of all food & beverage, develop the food and beverage budget, maintain and revue vendor relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  1. High school graduate or graduation equivalent diploma
  2. At least two years of post-secondary education in business or golf course management. In lieu of formal education, a minimum of two years’ experience in management of a food and beverage operation will be accepted.
  3. Valid driver’s license
