Statement Regarding Paying Your Utility Bill Online

Mishawaka Utilities recognizes that many of our customers choose to pay their utility bills (and possibly other non-Utility related bills) online. Mishawaka Utilities has partnered with InvoiceCloud to provide this option to our customers. You may also use the PayNearMe service (available through InvoiceCloud) or setup a direct payment from your bank or credit union account through our EZ-Pay service.

While we recognize that there are many other third-party billpay services available (i.e. through your financial institution, Doxo, Prism, etc.), InvoiceCloud is the only service that we recommend using for payment of your Mishawaka Utility bill. We have not partnered or given consent to any other third-party billpay service to act on our behalf. Any appearance of our logos and links on their website pages should not be construed as evidence of a business relationship.

For our customers who choose to use a third-party billpay service other than InvoiceCloud, please review and make sure to understand their payment process completely. Your bill is not considered paid until it is posted in our billing system. You may need to allow additional processing time for your payment to arrive by the due date. You may also incur additional fees/charges from your billpay service that are not charges associated with Mishawaka Utilities or your Utility bill.
