Mishawaka Utilities COVID-19 Update


The Mishawaka Utilities Business Office will continue to maintain our regular business hours which are Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. We ask that customers entering our building to please comply with the CDC and State guidelines for entering public facilities.

Please take note of the following:

  • Mishawaka Utilities will be suspending utility shut-offs until May 1, 2020.

Mishawaka Utilities has provided several payment options for the convenience of our customers:

  • In person at the Business Office during regular business hours (cash, money order, cashier’s check, Visa/MasterCard or Discover)
  • U.S. Mail (check or money order)
  • EZ-Pay (electronic funds transfer). Enrollment is free and allows Mishawaka Utilities to debit your bank account each month on your due date for the amount of your bill. To setup the draft, a copy of a check or savings account number, along with your bank routing number is needed.
  • Online Bill Payment through your bank (free of charge however please check with your bank regarding any possible bank fees.)
  • Online through our payment portal Visit http://www.mishawaka.in.gov/mu and click the ‘Pay My Bill’ button. (e-check, Visa/MasterCard, and Discover. $3.75 convenience fee applies.)
  • Use the toll-free number (866) 288-0515 (e-check, Visa/MasterCard, or Discover. $5.70 convenience fee applies.)
