Woody Emmons announced his Neighborhood Meeting would be 03-17-2016 at 7:00PM at Berkley Circle. The speakers will be from WellPet, LLC.

The council accepted the Conflict of Interest for Bryan Tanner.

Matt Mammolenti stated the Twin Branch Neighborhood Meeting will be 03-16-2016 at 7:00PM at #4 Fire Station on Harrison Rd. The Speaker will be Mayor Dave Wood on the State of the City.

Appointment to the Redevelopment Commission
Matt Mammolenti moved to appoint Janet Whitfield Hyduk to the Redevelopment Commission. Seconded by Ross Deal. Motion carried.

After a five minute recess the Mayor started his State of the City Address.
