DEFINITION:  Responsible for a variety of ground maintenance and repair duties for Mary Gibbard Bike Park.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Ground maintenance and repair duties for Mary Gibbard Park.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
2. High school graduate or graduation equivalent diploma
3. Valid driver's license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Reach with hands and arms
2. Sit, climb, balance, stoop, crouch
3. Talk and hear
4. Stand, use hands to operate equipment
5. Twisting at torso and bending at knees on uneven terrain
6. Lifting of up to 100 pounds may be required
7. Ability to work under varying weather conditions ;
