2018 Mishawaka Police Memorial Ceremony

The Mishawaka Police Department will honor those who have fallen in the line of duty with a memorial ceremony on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 6:00pm.  The ceremony will take place at the Mishawaka Police Department located at 200 North Church Street in Mishawaka.

The public is invited.

"Cool Your Engines" Back To School Safety Campaign

Mayor David A. Wood and Mishawaka School Superintendent Dr. Dean Speicher will hold a news conference on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. to announce Project “School’s Open - Cool Your Engines” in preparation for the opening of local schools. The news conference will be held in front of Emmons Elementary School, 1306 S. Main St. in Mishawaka.

Lifesaving Awards Presented By Mishawaka Police

Mishawaka Mayor Dave Wood and Mishawaka Police Chief Ken Witkowski have recognized several Mishawaka Police Officers for their roles in outstanding lifesaving efforts for 2016. Officers receiving the awards were Ryan Kuzmicz, Dave Ruiz, Kyle Miner, Rich Freeman, Glen Roach, Andrew Sark, Chad Winger, Ron Treely and Mark Flemming.
