City of Mishawaka Celebrates Kayla Yoder’s Graduation from Leadership South Bend Mishawaka

The City of Mishawaka is proud to recognize Kayla Yoder, a valued team member in the Controller’s Office, on her successful completion of the Leadership South Bend Mishawaka program. Kayla was honored today at a special ceremony celebrating the 2025 graduating class, with Mayor Dave Wood in attendance to support and commend her on this significant achievement.

Leadership South Bend Mishawaka is a respected nine-month leadership development initiative designed to equip emerging leaders with a deeper understanding of the community, its challenges, and its opportunities. The program brings together professionals from across the region to explore key issues, engage with civic and business leaders, and grow as collaborative problem-solvers dedicated to public service and community betterment.

Kayla’s commitment to this program is a reflection of both her personal dedication to professional growth and the City of Mishawaka’s ongoing investment in developing leadership within our organization. Throughout the course, she has represented the City with integrity, curiosity, and a strong sense of civic purpose.
