A petition has been filed by the City of Mishawaka and School City of Mishawaka to vacate the public right-of-way described as:
Right-of-Way Vacation due to Realignment– Ballard St. south of Vistula Rd.
POR LA PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA que se llevará a cabo una reunión ordinaria del Consejo Común de Mishawaka el September 08, 2025 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Lincolnway West, Mishawaka, Indiana. A Public hearing will be conducted on a proposed ordinance, at which time any interested person may appear, be represented by an agent, or present in writing any reasons they may have for the granting or denying of a proposed ordinance. You are requested to prepare your case in detail and present all evidence relating to this proposed ordinance at the time of the scheduled hearing.
The City of Mishawaka acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. In order to assist individuals with disabilities who require special services (i.e. sign interpretative services, alternative audio/visual devices, and amanuenses) for participation in or access to City sponsored public programs, services and/or meetings, the City requests that individuals make requests for these services forty-eight (48) hours ahead of the scheduled program, service and/or meeting.
