data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Secci\u00f3n 3 de la Ley de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano de 1968, seg\u00fan enmendada (12 USC 1701u) (Secci\u00f3n 3), requiere que la Ciudad de Mishawaka asegure que el empleo y otras oportunidades econ\u00f3micas y comerciales generadas por la asistencia financiera del Departamento de Vivienda y Urbanismo (HUD), en la mayor medida posible, est\u00e1n dirigidos a los residentes de viviendas p\u00fablicas y otras elegibles<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e20f115 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e20f115\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Todos los proyectos\/actividades que involucren la construcci\u00f3n, demolici\u00f3n, rehabilitaci\u00f3n u otra construcci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de viviendas, es decir, caminos, alcantarillas, centros comunitarios, etc., que se completen con fondos de Planificaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Comunitario de HUD est\u00e1n sujetos a los requisitos de la Secci\u00f3n 3.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38b1251 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"38b1251\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f09c9a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8f09c9a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Secci\u00f3n 3 Residentes<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b41832a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b41832a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los residentes de la Secci\u00f3n 3 son residentes de viviendas p\u00fablicas e ind\u00edgenas o son personas que residen en el \u00e1rea metropolitana en la que se gasta la asistencia aplicable de la Secci\u00f3n 3 y cuyos ingresos no superan los l\u00edmites de ingresos locales de HUD establecidos para hogares de ingresos bajos o muy bajos. .<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-95d22cb e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"95d22cb\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div
