Felicitaciones a los siguientes nueve bomberos maestros del Departamento de Bomberos de Mishawaka (MFD) que fueron promovidos a bomberos de primera clase hoy en la reuni\u00f3n de la Junta de Obras P\u00fablicas y Seguridad, el 23 de enero de 2024. Esta es la \u00faltima promoci\u00f3n que no se decide mediante un proceso formal dentro del sistema de rango del Departamento de Bomberos de Mishawaka.<\/p>\n

Savanna Dennig MFD220 (estaci\u00f3n de cambio C 1) -<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Desde que Savanna trabaj\u00f3 con nosotros en MFD, obtuvo nuevas certificaciones del estado de Indiana en Bombero 1 y 2, Concientizaci\u00f3n y operaciones de materiales peligrosos, Concientizaci\u00f3n sobre rescate t\u00e9cnico, Estrategia y t\u00e1cticas de oficiales de bomberos, Instructor de bomberos 1, Operaciones de rescate con cuerdas, y se ha convertido en un param\u00e9dico registrado a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n

Brandon Durfee MFD221 (una estaci\u00f3n de turno 2) -<\/u><\/em><\/strong> Desde que Brandon trabaj\u00f3 con nosotros en MFD, obtuvo nuevas certificaciones del estado de Indiana en Instructor de bomberos 1 y se convirti\u00f3 en param\u00e9dico registrado a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n

Jacob Everett MFD222 (estaci\u00f3n de cambio C 2) -<\/u><\/em><\/strong>Desde que Jacob trabaj\u00f3 con nosotros en MFD, obtuvo nuevas certificaciones del estado de Indiana en estrategia y t\u00e1cticas para oficiales de bomberos y se convirti\u00f3 en param\u00e9dico registrado a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n

Nicholas Johnson MFD223 (estaci\u00f3n de cambio C 4)-<\/u><\/em><\/strong> Desde que Nicholas trabaj\u00f3 con nosotros en MFD, obtuvo nuevas certificaciones del estado de Indiana en estrategia y t\u00e1cticas para oficiales de bomberos, instructor de bomberos 1, operaciones de rescate con cuerdas, param\u00e9dico registrado a nivel nacional y fue aprobado por la comisi\u00f3n de EMS del condado de St. Joseph para servir como un param\u00e9dico principal. Nick tambi\u00e9n ha comenzado el proceso de aprobaci\u00f3n para unirse al Equipo de Rescate T\u00e9cnico del distrito MABAS 201.<\/p>\n

Bryce Lake MFD224 (una estaci\u00f3n de cambio 4) -<\/u><\/em><\/strong> Desde que Bryce trabaj\u00f3 con nosotros en MFD, obtuvo nuevas certificaciones del estado de Indiana en conductor operador general, estrategia y t\u00e1cticas de oficiales de bomberos, instructor de bomberos 1, operaciones de rescate con cuerdas y se convirti\u00f3 en param\u00e9dico registrado a nivel nacional. TJ Longacre MFD225 (estaci\u00f3n de cambio B 3) -<\/u><\/em><\/strong> Desde que Tj trabaj\u00f3 con nosotros en MFD, obtuvo nuevas certificaciones del estado de Indiana en estrategia y t\u00e1cticas para oficiales de bomberos, Instructor de bomberos 1, y fue aprobado por la Comisi\u00f3n de EMS del condado de St. Joesph para desempe\u00f1arse como param\u00e9dico principal. Actualmente, Tj se desempe\u00f1a como especialista en TI del departamento y tambi\u00e9n ha comenzado el proceso de aprobaci\u00f3n para unirse al equipo de rescate t\u00e9cnico del distrito MABAS 201.<\/p>\n

Paul McGowan MFD226 (estaci\u00f3n de cambio B 4) - <\/u><\/em><\/strong>Desde que Paul trabaj\u00f3 con nosotros en MFD, obtuvo nuevas certificaciones en Estrategia y T\u00e1cticas de Oficial de Bomberos del Estado de Indiana y se convirti\u00f3 en Param\u00e9dico registrado a nivel nacional. Paul tambi\u00e9n ha asistido recientemente a muchas clases sobre incendios de bater\u00edas de iones de litio, ya que es una de sus pasiones y una necesidad actual y cada vez mayor para el servicio de bomberos. Paul ha llevado a cabo muchas capacitaciones sobre el tema tanto para miembros del Departamento de Bomberos de Mishawaka como para otros departamentos del \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n
