DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday\, August 4th\, 2026\, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm\, the Mishawaka Police Department invites the community to participate in the 2026 National Night Out Event at Merrifield Park (Castle Manor). \nNational Night Out is an annual nationwide event for local cities and communities to celebrate working together in making their towns a safe and enjoyable place to live\, work and visit. \nFeatured at National Night Out are free enjoyable activities! Provided through donations from our amazing community partners and the Mishawaka Parks and Recreation\, guests can enjoy hot dogs and chips (while supplies last)\, Kona Ice\, bounce houses\, various activities and games\, giveaways\, and Police vehicles and public safety displays. \nGuests can also utilize community resources\, information\, and free items from neighborhood watch groups\, businesses\, nonprofits\, and local agencies.
