Mishawaka Utilities has been notified of additional reports of fraudulent phone calls claiming that customers have past-due balances and must make immediate payment by phone to avoid disconnection.

Please note:

  • These calls are NOT from Mishawaka Utilities.

  • Mishawaka Utilities will never demand payment over the phone or request payment through gift cards, wire transfers, or third-party apps.

  • If you receive a suspicious call, hang up immediately and do not provide any personal or financial information.

  • Logging into their secure account portal.

  • Visiting the Mishawaka Utilities Business Office, 107 North Main St., during business hours
