NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF
PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Mishawaka, St. Joseph County, Indiana, that the Common Council will hold a special meeting in City Hall, 100 Lincolnway West at 7:00 p.m. on the 5th day of June, 2023 and will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year.

Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have a right to be heard thereon. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the State Board of Tax Commissioners. The Board shall issue a written determination within 15 days of receipt of the proposal.
