Notice to Taxpayers Regarding Addition Appropriation for ARP Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Grant

NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF

PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION

Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Mishawaka, St. Joseph County, Indiana, that the Common Council will hold a special meeting in City Hall, 100 Lincolnway West  at  6:00     p.m. on the 17th day of  June, 2024 and will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year.

ARP Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Grant

Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have a right to be heard thereon. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the State Board of Tax Commissioners.  The Board shall issue a written determination within 15 days of receipt of the proposal.
