NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF

PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION

     Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Mishawaka, St. Joseph County, Indiana, that the Common Council will meet in City Hall, 100 Lincolnway West  at  7:00     p.m. on the 20th day of  February, 2023 and will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year.

                             AN ORDINANCE DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND

                                DETERMINING THE EXPENDITURE OF ADDITIONAL
