The Law Department performs all legal services for the City of Mishawaka, including providing legal advice to city officials, preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, prosecuting persons accused of violating city ordinances, and representing the City of Mishawaka and city officials in lawsuits.

The Law Department does not provide legal advice to members of the public.
