The Mishawaka Parks Summer Day Camps provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can have fun, make new friends and explore new activities! All camp activities are created around exciting weekly themes with an emphasis on building confidence, self-reliance, and problem-solving skills.

Explorers
The Big Explorers camp will be held at Castle Manor in Merrifield Park for children ages 6-12 years old. Each themed week will feature crafts, activities, and fun! Campers will have the opportunity to enjoy special guests, field trips, and movie days! Big Explorers’ lunches will be provided for them Monday-Friday. Camp will make daily trips to the pool (weather permitting). Field Trips and Guest Visitors to be determined.
Lil’ Explorers
The Lil’ Explorers camp will be held at the Battell Community Center for children ages 4-6 years old. Campers will have the opportunity to enjoy guests, walking and non-walking field trips, and movie days! Lil’ Explorers’ lunches will be provided Monday-Friday. Camp will make daily trips to the Central Park (weather permitting). Lil’ Explorers’ will be at Castle Manor every Friday with a visit to the Merrifield Pool Kiddie Pool. Field Trips and Guest Visitors to be determined.

Camp Time: 8:00am – 3:00pm (Dropoff time: 7:45am)
PM Care: 3:00pm – 5:30pm: $25 / week
Late Registration Fee: $25 (Registration closes the Wednesday before each week of camp starts. If registering after Wednesday, subject to a late fee.)
