With summer approaching, the City of Mishawaka is excited about all the fun filled activities happening this season. The Mishawaka Parks Department ensures that there will be a wide variety of events that everyone can enjoy. This weekend promises to be especially exciting, with tons to do across the City.
On Friday, May 30th from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm, The Studebaker Car Show will be held at 230 Ironworks Ave. Mishawaka, IN 46544. This annual event with The Studebaker Drivers Club celebrates the impressive history of the legendary Studebaker automobiles. This event is completely free, and Sun King Brewery will be in Biergarten serving their delicious brews!
The Studebaker Car Show is not the only event happening this weekend. On Saturday, May 31st, there will be a Community Yard Sale at the Battell Community Center. From 9 am to 1 pm, there will be 35 households selling gently used items. There are sure to be some unique finds! The Community Yard Sale is free for all to attend and enjoy!
Also, this Saturday is the 5th annual One Day in the Sun from 11 am to 1 pm at Central Park. One Day in the Sun is a mental wellness event to provide a relaxing experience for the community. With over 20 venders providing fun activities and giveaways, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
The grand finale for the fun filled weekend is the kickoff of the Mishawaka Market. The Mishawaka Market is this Sunday, June 1st, it starts at 10 am and goes on until 2 pm at 230 Ironworks Ave. Mishawaka, IN 46544. Guests can expect fresh produce, live music, local products, a kid’s zone, baked goods, Biergarten, food trucks, and so much more.
There is so much to do this weekend, it’s the perfect time to explore the City of Mishawaka. It does not matter which event you go to, there is no shortage of endless entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.
