The City of Mishawaka has closed Manor Dr and Manchester Dr in the Twin Branch area for utility and right of way improvements as a part of the CSO 23A – LTCP – Phase 1 Project. Manor Dr is currently closed between and including the intersections of South Shore Dr and Manchester Dr. Manchester Dr is closed between Manor Dr and Hackberry Dr. These closures are expected to be in place until July 5, 2024, weather permitting. Updates will be sent out as this project progresses into subsequent phases.
