Mishawaka Fitness in the Plaza

Tomorrow morning, Saturday, June 24th is our first fitness in the plaza of the summer! From 9-10 am, Christina Monroe Anytime Fitness Mishawaka will teach a FREE cardio/strength class at Ironworks Plaza! No need to bring any equipment; all will be provided. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Modifications can be added if needed.
