Notice of Availability of the 2024 Action Plan (Draft) and Public Hearing Notice

NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF
THE 2024 ACTION PLAN (DRAFT)
AND
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City of Mishawaka will have available the “Draft” of the PY 2024 Action Plan for public review on the City of Mishawaka’s website (www.mishawaka.in.gov), Mishawaka-Penn Harris Public Libraries, City of Mishawaka Planning Department, St. Joseph County Public Library, and City of South Bend Department of Community Investment. All locations are handicapped accessible.

There will be a 30 day public comment period beginning November 14, 2023 and ending on December 14, 2023. Comments may be submitted to the Department of Community Development, 100 Lincolnway West, Mishawaka, IN 46544.

HEARING TIMES AND LOCATIONS

Hearings regarding the City of Mishawaka, City of South Bend and St. Joseph County Housing Consortium’s Home and CDBG fund allocations will be held in two locations on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.

In Mishawaka, the hearing will begin at 11:00 a.m. at Mishawaka City Hall, Board of Public Works Room, 2nd Floor, 100 Lincolnway West, Mishawaka, IN 46544.

In South Bend, the hearing will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Investment Department office on the 14th floor of the County-City Building, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601. Both locations are handicapped accessible.
