Thank you, Captain Donnie Weber for your Dedicated Years of Service, with the MPD

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of Captain Donnie Weber from the Mishawaka Police Department. After 36 years of dedicated service, Captain Weber has decided to hang up his badge and begin a new chapter in his life.

Throughout his tenure, Captain Weber has been a pillar of strength within our community, tirelessly working to uphold the safety and security of our residents. His leadership, integrity, and unwavering commitment to public safety have left an indelible mark on Mishawaka, and his presence will be deeply missed.

As Captain Weber transitions into retirement, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for his years of service and sacrifice. We are grateful for his dedication to protecting and serving our community, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

Although Captain Weber may be retiring from his role as a full-time officer, we are pleased to announce that he will continue to serve as a reserve officer with the Mishawaka Police Department and in that capacity be joining the School City of Mishawaka as a Resource Officer. We have no doubt that his experience, knowledge, and passion for public safety will continue to make a positive impact in our community.
