Recreational Programs for Kids!

Let kids be kids! We offer programs and recreational opportunities for children throughout our community. From sports teams to nature camps, Mishawaka’s programs for kids are not only full of activity but also educational. Our mission is to instill teamwork, healthy competition and a passion for learning. Sign up today!

Adventure Day Camps

Big Explorers – This camp is held at Castle Manor in Merrifield Park for children ages 6-12. Each week has a theme and features crafts, activities and fun! Campers enjoy special guests, field trips and movie days! Lunch is provided Monday-Friday. Camp will make daily trips to the pool (weather permitting).

Lil’ Explorers –This camp is held at the Battell Community Center for children ages 4-6. Campers enjoy guest visitors, walking and non-walking field trips and movie days! Lunches are provided Monday-Friday. Camp will make daily trips to Central Park (weather permitting).

Camp Time: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Drop-off time:  7:45 a.m.)
PM Care:  3 – 5:30 p.m.:  $20 / week
Late Registration Fee: $20

Youth Sports

Teamwork and persistence are the top priorities in all youth sports programming in Mishawaka. We love to see children work hard to achieve their goals – especially when they try something they’ve never done before. All that matters is for our kids to find something they are passionate about.
