How We Serve You
The Mishawaka Building Department handles contractor licenses and building permits. The department issues and tracks all building permits, including electric permits, plumbing permits, HVAC permits and others. In addition, the Building Department inspects all construction projects built within the city limits.

These rules and regulations have been set forth by the State of Indiana and adopted by the City of Mishawaka.
