City of Mishawaka Power Outage Update; Date: 4/1/2025; Update on Power Restoration:Power has been restored for 95% of our consumers following the recent storm. Our teams, along with five additional Hoosier Edison crews via our mutual aid agreement with IMEA, are working hard in the hardest-hit areas. We’re rebuilding damaged infrastructure and coordinating with tree-removal experts to clear obstructions. Safety remains our priority, and we’re doing everything possible to restore power quickly. Code Enforcement Reminders

Spring has sprung and summer is just around the corner.

Reminders:

This is the time to start cutting and maintaining your grass for the growing season – the legal height for grass is not to exceed NINE (9) inches. Don’t forget the tree lawns or the back of the property, along the alleyways as well.

Trash/Recycle containers are to be put out only 24hrs before pickup, they should also be put away no more than 24hrs after pick-up.
