Three of our MFD firefighters, alongside others from our region including South Bend and Goshen, have been deployed as part of a swift water rescue team to North Carolina. They are responding to the projected flash flooding caused by Hurricane Helene, ready to assist communities in desperate need.
Please join us in wishing them safety and success as they work tirelessly to support those affected by the upcoming storms.
They have now arrived in Conover, NC and are awaiting their assignment.
