Background: The brand-new constructed Veterans Walkway is being celebrated by Mishawaka Mayor Dave Wood and fellow citizens and allies of Mishawaka. Stretching westward from the Soldiers and Sailors Monument, this walkway serves as a powerful tribute to our beloved veterans. The new Veterans Walkway was built to honor the fallen soldiers who have served in all the wars since the revolutionary war. Mayor Wood will lead the ceremony unveiling the Walkway and will be dedicating it in honor of our Veterans.
