W Seventh St will be closed between West St and Spring St beginning Tuesday, July 16th for utility and right-of-way improvements. This is Phase two of several subsequent phases of construction thru 2024. Weather permitting, this closure is expected to remain in place until Friday, September 13th. Updates regarding this project will be sent as construction phasing progresses.
