Please note: Effective April 26, 2012, Mishawaka Utilities will have a new phone # in which to call and pay your utility bill either by credit card or e-check through an Interactive Voice Response System. The new # is 1-866-288-0515. There is a charge of $6.70 to pay your bill by credit card and $4.20 charge to pay by e-check.
